Chris Barker is a highly experienced mining management executive in both mining and industrial engineering and has extensive operational mining, project development and exploration experience in Australia and internationally. Chris has an extensive knowledge of the technical aspects of mining from geological resources evaluation and geo-technical assessment, to all operational mining and processing production aspects. In addition his experience on mine evaluation, project feasibility studies, project planning and scheduling and capital project control and project development are highly acknowledged.

Chris's broad-based Project and Operational experience, technical knowledge and management expertise has been invaluable in guiding the development of projects and operational mines into highly successful producers in Australia and internationally.

Dr. R. (Ron) Blanks
Ph.D. M.Sc. B.Sc. MAIMM., M.Inst. Eng

Ron Blanks is a highly qualified and experienced metallurgical engineer with over 30 years of extensive Project and Operational experience in precious, base and ferrous metals. Ron's operational, technical experience and research knowledge are well regarded in the industry arising from his background with major mining organisations and in the consulting business. In recent years Ron has provided technical management input into a large range of projects and operations in Australia and internationally providing the high level overview technical management perspective.

Mr R. (Richard) Procter
BSc.Eng. MIMM, CEng. MBA.

Richard Procter is an extremely well qualified and experienced mining executive and mining engineer with over 27 years exposure to the mining industry internationally with principal activities of work being in the corporate, operational management and project development areas. Richard has operated at management as well as at technical levels in undertaking pre-feasibility and bankable feasibility studies, mining asset evaluations and valuations including technical and mining asset audits, due diligence assessments, corporate re-engineering assignments and the preparation of Expert Reports. He has broad executive management role and responsibility exposure encompassing the commercial, technical and operational facets of mining companies and project developments in Australia and internationally.

Mr Murrray Surtees
B.Sc, MDP, F.AusIMM,  F.SEG

Murray Surtees is a highly experienced executive management exploration geologist with worldwide experience in the exploration for gold and base metals. Murray’s experience included 30 years with a major multi-national mining group with over all responsibility for Eastern and Central Africa in charge of the corporation’s exploration for gold and base with offices in Tanzania, Zambia, Congo, Eritrea and Kenya. Murray’s other experience includes 11 years with other companies including executive exploration management in Australia and South America.

Mr N (Nigel) Ferguson
B. Sc Geology, AMIMM

Nigel Ferguson is an experienced geologist with 11 years mining and exploration management experience and has held line management positions to a senior level in operations at a number of mines interstate and internationally, giving him a sound knowledge of local operational issues. Nigel also has an excellent technical understanding of the review and evaluation aspects of mechanised mines along with a sound practical operational understanding. Nigel is currently studying for a further qualifications in management and business administration.

Mr P. (Peter) Ironside
B.Com, CPA

Peter Ironside is a Chartered accountant with extensive experience in the management and corporate sector and with specific experience in corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and corporate company administration. In addition Peter has extensive experience in the company secretarial and accounting areas and at an operational level at various technology, mining and associated businesses. Peter has extensive experience in corporate, administration and business planning and forecasting coupled with a sound business accounting understanding. He has provided up to date management and accounting system development experience in his consulting role to clients and provides a hands on approach to operational and accounting computing.

Mr. B. (Bo) M. Konecky
BSc, MSc, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering

Bo Konecky is an experienced materials metallurgist with operating management exposure in a number of gold operations in the CIS and Kazakhstan. Further, he has undertaken business and development assignments in the CIS and the Ukraine.

Bo's experience covers the implementation of gold mining processing project in Yakutia, facilities refurbishment, licensing and permitting activities coordination, liaison with governmental agencies. New business development activities in Kazakhstan. Consulting companies on business opportunities in the CIS, conducting field investigation and evaluation of potential business targets. Responsible for developing business opportunities in Ukraine. Located Berehovo gold deposit, and participated in establishing a Joint Venture with Ukrainian counterparts for the development of this deposit. Researched and evaluated commercial opportunities throughout the CIS and BKG and other affiliates of the Ivanhoe Capital group (Australian Bulk Minerals, First Dynasty Mines).

Mr I (Ian) Simpson

Ian Simpson is a chartered accountant and has extensive experience at an executive management level in the corporate secretarial, company administration and accounting aspects and at an operational level at various mining and associated companies. Ian’s experience in corporate, operational and project development administration and accounting are exceptional. He has provided up to date management and accounting system development experience in his consulting role to clients and provides through a hands on approach enhancements to operational and accounting computing.
